Level 2 Courses in Mathematics and Statistics Introduction MT2001 (Mathematics) is a prerequisite for all Honours modules, MT2002 (Algebra and Analysis), MT2003 (Applied Mathematics) and MT2004 (Statistics) are prerequisites for some Honours modules while MT2005 (Discrete Mathematics) is not at present a prerequisite for any Honours modules and so provides some flexibility both for prospective mathematical specialists and other interested non-specialists.
